John Oaten, Director Mr. John Oaten was born and educated in the United Kingdom. Also a Canadian citizen, he is a UK qualified Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in Europe, North and South America, Australia, and for the past 14 years in Hong Kong and China. John’s experience includes preparing documentation for IPOs, Company Secretary, Due Diligence of China business, cash management and business planning. This has been gained in professional services as well as in both public and private company environments and in a variety of industries, including banking, manufacturing and the service sector. He has also assisted clients in hiring the appropriate staff for their Hong Kong, China and overseas operations.

Shaun Tang, Director Mr. Shaun Tang, a Canadian citizen, was born in Hong Kong and educated in Canada, Australia and the United Kingdom. He was admitted to the Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and was awarded a Postgraduate Certificate in Laws with specialisation in Corporate and Securities Law and a PG Diploma in Laws with specialisation in Commercial Law by the University of London. He was awarded a PG Certificate in Accounting and an Advanced Graduate Diploma in Management in Australia and Canada respectively. Shaun is a CPA member of the Certified Practicing Accountants of Australia, a Fellow member of the Taxation Institute of Hong Kong, a Certified Tax Adviser, an Associate of The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of the United Kingdom, a full member of the Certified Management Accountants of British Columbia of Canada and an International Affiliate member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Shaun has many years of experience in China business advisory, external audit, government tax audit and legal compliance. He was a part-time lecturer in Hong Kong Business Law with YMCA College and a full-time tutorial instructor in HK Taxation, Auditing and Accounting with the University of Hong Kong.
